GENDER BASED VIOLENCE PREVENTION 

HIH provides support and raises awareness of gender-based violence(GBV) through various projects, training and support programmes which offer men, women, and children the platform to voice out their experiences and opinions for the prevention of GBV. GBV refers to abusive behaviour exerted towards an individual or group of people due to their perceived or factual sexual orientation, gender, and/or identity. 

HIH works alongside Social Justice departments and relevant stakeholders/expert partners to conduct projects and programmes that not only raise awareness but to provide greater insight into the issue and avenues of safety for the beneficiaries.
