Hand in Hand Southern Africa is a South African non-profit organization focused on the empowerment of women, youth and marginalized communities through a suite of interventions.

Hand in Hand SA started its journey in 2008 with a focus on poverty alleviation through job creation. A journey that started with a NORAD funded project in the North West province of South Africa evolved over time and was scaled up attracting funding from various sources.
The organisation grew into the region covering Swaziland, Lesotho and Zimbabwe in addition to the 7 provinces of South Africa (NW, LP, GP, KZN, EC, WC, NW). Our vision is to cover all the 9 provinces of South Africa in addition to implementing projects in Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia and Namibia. The services we render have evolved overtime in line with changes in the developmental space.
Our core services include community mobilization, HIV/AIDS Economic Strengthening Services, Capacity Building (Savings, Entrepreneurship, Employability, Life Skills), Mentorship and Coaching, Bursary Scheme for short Skills Programmes, Access to finance through our Enterprise Incubation Fund (EIF) and Workplace placement services.
